Video Marketing for Talent Teams

Deloitte is one of the Big Four accounting organisations, hiring over 3,000 students and graduates per year in Australia alone. With such high recruitment volumes, creating engaging and authentic content is crucial yet challenging.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Poncho Rivera-Pavon, a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Australia's employee branding team on the VMJPod, about their groundbreaking new recruitment marketing strategy using VideoMyJob.

 

In today’s dynamic work environment, leveraging video content isn’t just for attracting talent but extends across the entire employee lifecycle.
