The authentic employee stories had an immediate effect on graduate engagement. Poncho reported that:
- Graduates referenced the videos in job interviews, coming better informed and more engaged
- Time spent on their GradConnection page doubled from 1 minute to 2 minutes
For Deloitte, this huge boost in engagement showed the videos resonated. By tracking interactions, they can now refine content to align even more closely with graduate interests.
