I had the privilege of having Poncho Rivera-Pavon, a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Australia's employer branding team back on the VMJPod for a follow up chat about the results he achieved with VideoMyJob's Pilot Program.

The problem? Producing a high volume of authentic employee stories was a time consuming process. Typical turnaround times for short video clips were around one month.

  • Graduates referenced the videos in job interviews, coming better informed and more engaged
  • Time spent on their GradConnection page doubled from 1 minute to 2 minutes

For Deloitte, this huge boost in engagement showed the videos resonated. By tracking interactions, they can now refine content to align even more closely with graduate interests.

Poncho sees employee-generated videos as a cornerstone of their graduate recruitment marketing strategy moving forward. Their goals include:

  • Repurposing top videos into blog content
  • Continuously capturing stories from new intakes to keep content fresh
  • Exploring an even wider range of graduate focused topics
