Video Marketing for Talent Teams

In the dynamic world of talent acquisition, staying ahead of the curve is paramount to attracting and retaining the right talent. 

I recently sat down with Nicola Thistlewaite, Compass Group Australia's National Manager of Recruitment, Sourcing, and Partnerships. Compass Group is a global contract food and support services company operating in over 50 countries with 600,000 employees.

As a guest on our Super User Pod, Nicola sheds some light on how they've leveraged VideoMyJob and the power of storytelling to enhance their employer brand, improve candidate experience, and achieve better hiring outcomes.

 

We had such an insightful chat with Remi Marcelin from people2people on The Co-Lab Live in December 2023. Remi is a data driven Marketing Manager leading a global team across Australia and New Zealand, with experience expanding across marketing, communications, social media and HR.

Australian-based, Skout Solutions, is a joint venture under the partnership of Ventia and Randstad respectively. Skout Solutions provides innovative talent solutions in solving People and Project requirements for any organisation across Australia and New Zealand.

Already a VideoMyJob customer, Skout sought to work with VMJ’s customer success team to identify ways to increase candidate engagement through video and gain better value from the VideoMyJob platform.
